Ticketmaster and The FoxMan Group have formed a strategic alliance whereby Ticketmaster will provide the sports and entertainment industries with access to FoxMan's online consumer data management technology. Additionally, Ticketmaster will utilize FoxMan technology to develop expanded Internet initiatives, including online pre-sale promotions, for its clients, touring artists, and events.
Ticketmaster will provide the sports and entertainment industries with the opportunity to integrate FoxMan's FanTracker(c) and TourBiz(c) software into their own online systems, as well as into on-site Ticketmaster ticketing systems . FanTracker will enable users to accrue and manage comprehensive consumer data collected online as fans visit the user's website. Additionally, the technology will enable users to communicate directly with online fans. TourBiz will provide users with extensive facility and financial management software.
