NSW: Man accused of shootings appears in court
A man has appeared in court to face charges including murder over the shooting of twobrothers in Sydney's west.
HEINRICH FUHRMANN, aged 58, of Ruse, was charged in Parramatta Local Court with murderand shooting with intent to murder .
He was refused bail and will reappear in Liverpool Local Court tomorrow.
Police say 22-year-old DALLAS SMITH died at the scene after being shot by a gunmanwho approached the brothers as they were entering their home in Ruse late Friday night.
His 20-year-old brother BRYCE, who managed to crawl to a neighbour's house for help,is in a stable condition at Liverpool Hospital.
