NSW: TWU blames govt for collapse of Ansett talks
A key union is blaming the federal government for the collapse in negotiations overthe sale of Ansett.
Transport Workers Union NSW secretary TONY SHELDON says the collapse of the sale isa national disgrace and an appalling indictment on the government for failing to stepin and save the airline.
The Tesna consortium, headed by LINDSAY FOX and SOLOMON LEW, today pulled out of negotiationsto buy Ansett just ahead of tomorrow's midnight deadline.
